Concept #2 - Plant , Pin, Explode

This concept builds upon the concept of Stack and Screen, allowing a player to get separation from a tight marking defender

1. Slow down, and allow the defender to get tough tight

2. Plant you foot between the legs of the defender

3. Explosively pin your elbow across the chest of the defender

4. Explode away , using the defender to generate power

2,3, must happen at the same time, before exploding away.
