When it comes to recovery , there is no doubt that everybody is rushing towards Cold Water Immersion. If I see another instagram influencer jumping in a cold plunge.........

Any way, I came across an article that may be of interest to some of you coaches or players who are open to exploring different ways to achieve better. It seems that Cold Water Immersion may not be as effective as Hot Water Immersion ( thank God, I hate Ice baths) when it comes to recovery where rapid force development is a key performance determinant.....
