High Protein Lunch
INGREDIENTS 3 eggs 30g chorizo 20g low low cheese Handful spinach Handful cherry tomatoes 1/2 red onion 1/2 avocado Method: 1. Whisk 3 eggs and add to non stick frying pan 2. On another pan sauté chorizo 3. Chop veg and when the egg is nearly fully cooked add to one half of the pan along with the chorizo 4. Top with cheese and fold omelette in half 5. Cook for another 3-5 minutes 6. Serve with sliced avo and sprinkle of salt and pepper Macros: |
